- Applicable sender authentication corrections
- Controlled order-email test and written handover
Eligibility and scope confirmed before payment. Complex issues receive a separate quote.
Describe your email issue ↗Sending-provider charges and premium licences are separate. Delivery time is confirmed after review. Inbox placement depends on recipient systems.
The questions that matter.
Is every missing email an SMTP problem?
No. The notification may be disabled, addressed incorrectly, or never triggered. A message can also be accepted by a sender but rejected or filtered later. Diagnosis comes first.
What access is needed?
That depends on the fault. After agreeing on the scope, access may be needed to WordPress, the sending provider, or DNS. Use temporary access appropriate to the work. Do not send passwords through the initial request.
Will every email reach the inbox?
No service can promise perfect inbox placement. The repair addresses the agreed fault and documents controlled test results. Reputation, recipient rules, and third-party outages may still affect delivery.
Can an agency request help for a client?
Yes. Include the client’s store URL and confirm that you are authorised to arrange the work. Scope and access requirements are reviewed before work starts.
